Out on the Town

I had a great day yesterday with Mommy. The weather was really nice so Mommy said we were going to spend the day in town having some fun instead of being stuck in the house. I'm all for being on the move!

First we met Daddy for lunch at Chipotle. Mommy and Daddy seem to eat here a lot and Mommy says it's a wonder I wasn't born a crunchy taco because she ate tacos at Chipotle 2-3 times a week when she was pregnant with me.

Our next stop was Mommy's office to visit all of the Web Commies. I even let Aunt Lelo hold me for a little while. Unfortunately our visit was cut a little short because of some yucky stuff in my diaper. I hate it when that happens. After a quick diaper change, we were off to the library to get some more Spot books.

I took a nap in the sling/wrap thingy while Mommy got my books. When I woke up it was time for a bottle so Mommy suggested we go to the park to have a picnic. I had my bottle in a place called Peace Park. There were lots of big trees and strange looking college students around. When we were done, Mommy took me for a stroller ride to see the Columns. For those of you who don't know, the Columns are these big concrete things that sort of look like "nahs" (bottles) sticking out of the ground. I don't know why anyone would want to do that, but people sure seem to like them.

Next we went to Starbucks. Mommy said she needed an iced tea and who am I to argue as long as she keeps pushing me. Lauren at Starbucks thought I was so cute she gave Mommy a free venti iced tea. Mommy said she'll have to bring me with her to Starbucks more often. ;)

We visited with Mommy's friend Jason before going to Wal-Mart. Jason is pretty funny. I laughed at his silly faces. Wal-Mart is not nearly that much fun so I took a nap in the wrap while Mommy shopped.

What a busy day!
